What if the accounts and confirmation statement are filed late or incorrectly?
If your accounts are not filed with Companies House on time, then you will be fined £150. This can go up to £1,500.
It is a criminal offence not to file your your confirmation statement. This could lead to compulsory strike off from the Companies House register.
